INTELLIGENT GLASS PARTITIONS

LCD glass is a revolutionary ‘new product’ which will transform your home or office. This special glass laminate consists of a liquid crystal polymer which changes its visual appearance when an electrical current is activated. A simple ON – OFF mode transforms the glass from being clear (transparent) to opaque (translucent). When the glass is in its opaque or frosted state images can be rear projected onto the glass to create a high definition display screen (UXGA resolution).  LCD glass has many applications, but is primarily used for privacy, security and visual display.

LCD Glass is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications (with protection). Replacement LCD glass panels can be produced to any custom sizes (largest standard panel 99cm x 300cm). Multiple panels can be positioned side by side for large glazed areas.

LCD Laminate Glass
Standard thickness of our laminated LCD Glass is 11.5mm (plus protective trim)
Other thicknesses are available for custom applications (7.5mm and 13.5mm)
Standard panels are available using clear float glass with the option of toughened/tempered glass. Other options include – tinted glass in green, bronze or blue/grey.

We are now offering our LCD laminate glass panels in widths up to 1200mm.
