SUNSCREEN

Rear Projection Sun Readable / Viewable Screen

Sunscreen from Pro Display is a revolutionary new rear projection screen which has been developed specifically for window applications and outdoor events. This unique screen technology has a special louvered optical filter which deflects external light to provide bright, sharp and crystal clear images in daylight conditions. This is the only true projection screen technology that will perform in direct sunlight.

Images need to be projected at 26° +/-5°.

Sunscreen eliminates the problems of blurriness and glare caused by external light and reflection making it ideal for both store windows and external display. This screen technology is available in two standard formats:

Poster System

Top and bottom aluminium clip bars with wire cable suspension system – to suspend in behind the glass.

Film Screen

Film material that has a glue layer around the outer edge to apply directly to glass. This product is also available with our clear interactive touch screen foils.

Pro Display can also custom make the Sunscreen as a rigid 3m acrylic panel for specialist applications.

· Horizontal half gain value (off axis) - +/-26°
· Vertical half gain value (off axis) - +/-20°

4:3 Aspect Ratio  -  30”, 50”, 60”
16:9 Aspect Ratio  -  37”, 74”

Custom screen sizes and roll lengths available upon request.

Projector Recommendations

Up to 50”  – minimum of 3000 ANSI Lumens
Above 50” – minimum of 4000 ANSI Lumens
